The Head Chef and his team have developed the Stables menu to fully enable the flavours of regional cookery in line with the seasons.

Sourcing local food from local farmers, growers and producers is high on our agenda. Knowing whose grown it, reared it and harvested it to gives us the best ingredients possible to create dishes that capture all the taste and freshness.
