The Head Chef has developed the stable menu to fully enable the flavours of regional cookery, British pub classics in line with the seasons.

Sourcing local food from local farmers, growers and producers is high on the agenda, knowing who’s grown it, reared it, harvested it as its best giving us the best ingredients possible allowing us to create dishes capturing the abundance of taste and freshness.
