Here at Beamish Hall we offer some of the best equipped and most luxurious conference facilities in the region. What’s more, we cater to your every need and offer a completely bespoke service so that however you want your event to look and feel, we have it covered. It’s all so achievable, we really pride ourselves on being able to provide your every specification and our super talented and dedicated team are always on hand to make any last minute adjustments or to help in any way you need.
Like most venues we also offer a range of packages. From the half day option to the 36 hour option. All events include LED screen and projector, delegate stationery, flip charts and complimentary Wi-Fi – everything you need for a smooth and professional meeting. Unlike most venues, we also offer rooms with stunning views, a sense of history and occasion, and the most visually beautiful environment you can imagine.
You certainly won’t go hungry whilst you’re working, we offer a staggering range of food and beverage options and never fail to find something to suit everyone. Our packages include an enticing selection; tea and filter coffee with homemade granola bars on arrival, fresh fruit and yogurt with homemade biscuits mid morning, a delectable hot and cold lunch buffet and, just as you’re started to flag mid afternoon, we’ll arrive with more rich coffee and platters of indulgent cakes. You can also choose from private dining, afternoon tea, or make use of the hearty fare at our Stables restaurant.
For the health conscious, we have an option to keep you feeling energised and invigorated throughout the day. Swap cakes and biscuits for nuts and berries, enjoy our revitalising special buffet and arrive to a freshly made, vitamin-packed fruit smoothie. Put aside some time to take a reviving walk around the grounds or go a step further and include a team building challenge at Beamish Wild in your day.
With high ropes and zip wires set amongst the tree tops, Beamish Wild offers everything you need to get your guys working together and really develop those team-work skills. The adventure team will help you decide whether to take part in axe and tomahawk throwing, archery, den building and lots more. For those who would prefer to bond in the warmth and comfort of the indoors, the team also offer a range of indoor brain challenges which are sure to keep you guessing and get you thinking in a new and strategic manner.
We offer three large function suites; the Winter Gardens, the Shafto Hall and the Monboucher Suite. Each boasts high carved ceilings, masses of natural light, huge fire places and many original period features. Theses amazing rooms can accommodate up to 500 delegates. For smaller gatherings, we offer a choice of four lovely rooms which also feature beautiful décor and stunning views.
