Maintenance Assistant

As the Maintenance Assistant, you will be supporting the Maintenance Manager in all areas of the business, ensuring that the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds are of the highest standards, as this is a 12th Century building it is important that the appearance and grandeur of the building is at it’s best for all who visit to see.

Head Chef at The Stables Bar & Restaurant

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and talented Head Chef to join our team based at The Stables Bar & Restaurant a stone’s throw away from the prestigious and luxurious 4* Country house hotel in Beamish, County Durham. Working within this idyllic location surrounded by 24 acres of breathtaking woodlands you should instantly feel at home and be able to offer a menu to compliment the scenery.

Sous Chef

As the Banqueting Sous Chef, you will be supporting the Executive Chef in the running of the banqueting kitchen as well as covering in their absence. You will assist in overseeing the Events and ensure the teams are working to the best of their ability and that standards are maintained throughout.
