• Lift access to upper floors: Lift Door Opening – 55cm to 70cm (dependant on floor) | Lift Car – 90cm X 90 cm

Please note: Some areas of the upper floors are inaccessible to wheelchair users and those not able to use stairs.

Reasonable adjustments will be made where appropriate using creative solutions to resolve barriers to access. We are sometimes somewhat limited to the changes and solutions we can put forward simply due to the nature of the building and infrastructure. Although we are incredibly lucky and proud to be operating from the stunning Grade II listed building, the infrastructure does impose more limitations than perhaps what a newer, purpose-build building would. We will always welcome your input and will work to address your concerns, for your benefit and that of future guests and visitors.

Electric Vehicle Charging

We have 4 Electric Vehicle chargers available in the main Hotel Car Park. The EV chargers are up to 22kwh and available to our hotel guests and visitors.

No advance booking is required and the chargers accept mainstream app payments from Electroverse, MER etc
