Our work places are changing. They are more diverse in terms of the people we employ and customers and organisations we serve. Chartered Institute of Personnel Development research concludes that organisations with an intergrated workforce enhance their business performance.
To develop expertise in this area the ILM developed a Level 4 Award Course;
MANAGING EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY IN AN ORGANISATION
This new qualification is designed to help practising, or potential, Equality Champions in the workplace to understand the nature and origins of personal values, beliefs, attitudes and prejudices, and the impact this can have on workplace behaviour.

2 day inter active tutorial
Work based assignment
Tutor support and mentoring throughout
Certificate Award Ceremony on successful completion
